It was announced yesterday that Washington indie rockers, Modest Mouse will be embarking on a thirteen date U.S tour this May.

This comes almost ten whole years after the release of one of their most prominent album, 2007’s ‘We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank’ and acts as a further follow up tour to promote their latest album, 2015’s ‘Strangers To Ourselves’.

We can only live in hope that this may be a sign of a UK tour or maybe even some UK festival dates, but at this stage, the US are in for a treat. It’ll be a great time to see Modest Mouse live also, as the decade anniversary of their fifth studio album could bring with it, some real nostalgia and big performances.

Stick with for our Throwback Thursday review of ‘We Were Dead Before The Ship Sank’ coming soon…

Tickets are on sale NOW!
