PIGEON DETECTIVES ANNOUNCE UK TOUR

So as we keep being reminded, and Mojo20 are just as guilty of this especially with our Throwback Thursday review segments, there are a ton of great albums that are celebrating their tenth anniversaries, proving that 2007 was a hell of a year for new music. One of these is the debut record by mid 2000’s indie five piece, The Pigeon Detectives. Despite the crazy name they blew up in 2007 and became one of the bands at the forefront of the new indie wave that had been running for a good few years by then. ‘Wait For Me’ unleashed tracks like ‘Take Her Back’ and ‘I’m Not Sorry’ and led the way for them to release a further four studio albums, including their most recent being released this past February. To commemorate this, The Pigeon Detectives are embarking on a tenth anniversary UK tour starting this October and running right into November. You can find the dates below:

22nd October – Newcastle University, England
23rd October – Liverpool O2 Academy, England
25th October – Norwich UEA, England
26th October – Bristol SWX, England

28th October – Glasgow O2 ABC, Scotland
30th October – Cambridge Junction, England
31st Octobr – Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms, England
1st November – London O2 Forum, England
2nd November – Sheffield O2 Academy, England
3rd November – Leeds O2 Academy, England
