LIAM GALLAGHER ANNOUNCES UPCOMING TOUR

on

Isn’t it incredible, that in 2017, twenty-three years after releasing their debut album ‘Definitely Maybe’, and a whole twenty-six years after first forming Oasis, frontman and indie icon Liam Gallagher is absolutely smashing it and going harder than ever as his current solo project continues to attract more fans and expand his already legendary name. The outspoken singer has not only performed a huge set at Glastonbury festival this year, released his first solo single ‘Wall Of Glass’ and announced a release date for his first solo album, ‘As You Were’ in October of this year, but now he has unveiled dates for an upcoming tour of the UK and Ireland set to starting in Belfast at the end of October and resuming at the start of December and running right through the month. By then the album will be released and the performances will no doubt feature a string of his new solo hits but possibly Oasis classics and even some of Beady Eye’s back catalogue too.

The dates are as follows:

Monday 30th October / Ulster Hall – Belfast, Ireland

Sunday 3rd December / First Direct Arena – Leeds, England

Monday 4th December / The SSE Hydro – Glasgow, Scotland

Wednesday 6th December / Pavilions – Plymouth, England

Thursday 7th December / Alexandra Palace – London, England

Sunday 10th December / Motorpoint Arena – Nottingham, England

Tuesday 12th December / Birmingham Arena – Birmingham, England

Wednesday 13th December / Motorpoint Arena – Cardiff, Wales

Friday 15th December / Brighton Centre – Brighton, England

Saturday 16th December / Manchester Arena – Manchester, England

How poetic that the tour ends in his hometown of Manchester, where it all began alongside his brother all those years ago. Could it mean a huge appearance by Noel Gallagher as a special treat for the Manchester crowd…? Doubt it, but you can dream right. Either way, if Liam keeps up the momentum he’s already gathered this year then these shows will no doubt be incredible and something to make sure you attend.
